Specifications
The numbers, and what they mean for your operation
Built-up sizes, ceiling heights, floor loading, roller-shutter dimensions, driveway capacity and parking — laid out as comparable data, with the context that tells you whether a unit fits the way you work.
Reading the spec sheet like an operator
Start with the floor that does the heavy lifting. From ground floor to Level 7, units give you double-volume clearance up to 6.8 m and a lower-floor rating of 10 kilopascals (around 1,000 kg/m²) — the headroom and load you need before racking, machinery or dense storage even becomes a question.
Then check how stock gets in and up. Designated units pair a 4.5 m roller-shutter door with a dedicated loading terrace, the external ground-floor driveway takes vehicles to roughly 10 tonnes, and two 2-tonne cargo lifts on a 1:10 ramp keep goods circulating across all nine floors.

FAQ
Specification questions
How much weight will the floors carry?
Loading is rated at 10 kilopascals (about 1,000 kg/m²) on the lower floor and 3 kilopascals (about 300 kg/m²) on the upper floor.
What clear height do the units give me?
Double-volume zones run to about 6.8 m (22 ft) from ground floor through Level 7 and 6.2 m at Level 8, while upper-floor areas sit at roughly 3.0–3.5 m.
Do roller-shutter sizes differ by unit?
They do. Types A, A2, B, B2 and C carry shutters of about 4.5 m (H) × 5.5 m (W); Types D, D2, E, E1 and E2 are 4.5 m × 4.0 m; and Types A1, B1 and D1 are 3.0 m × 4.0 m.
What lorry weight can each driveway handle?
The external ground-floor driveway is rated to about 10 tonnes, and the internal driveway running from ground floor to Level 8 to about 5 tonnes.
How are goods moved between floors?
By two 2-tonne cargo lifts, each with a door opening of roughly 1,800 mm (W) × 2,300 mm (H).
What should I budget for maintenance?
The estimate is RM0.22 per sq ft per month inclusive of the sinking fund; the actual charge is set by the share units allocated to each unit.
